Your New Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Translator Consultant within the Marketing Domain to join a high-impact Data & Analytics team based at a global HQ in Stockholm. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between business teams (Marketing, Finance, Media) and technical experts, helping turn complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter marketing investments.
You will primarily support ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives. Your responsibilities will include gathering and validating data from platforms like GA4, DV360, Meta, CRM, and Ecommerce; interpreting model outputs to guide marketing strategies; and working closely with cross-functional teams to shape scalable, data-driven solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in (business) computer science or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing/finance performance, or business analysis
- Proficiency in commercial and marketing data (sales, media, ROI)
- Solid understanding of MMM concepts and ROI interpretation
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Databricks (reading/debugging level)
- Experience with Power BI dashboards
- Excellent English communication skills
- Agile mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills
