What's the job
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who will play a key role in defining and delivering best-in-class digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys translating complex information into seamless experiences and has experience leading design initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will:
- Lead the design of user-centric experiences —wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens for digital products.
- Translate technical concepts into intuitive user flows and interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Establish and evolve design systems to maintain consistency and usability across products.
- Conduct and support research and testing efforts , helping to validate design decisions with real users.
- Drive innovation , exploring AI-driven and rapid prototyping tools to accelerate the design process.
- Mentor junior designers , fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Your profile
