Lab Operations is a unit in Business Area Networks. The purpose of Lab Operations is to provide world class lab infrastructure, networks and HW Services to the R&D organizations. Through our solutions and services, we enable our stakeholders to configure and deploy their design and test environment. Lab Operations provide global service deliveries from Operations sites in Sweden - Kista, Rosersberg, Linköping - and many Regional Labs globally.
As the Service Operations Manager of Consumables, you will be part Ericsson's technology leadership by providing world class Asset & Data Management services to the R&D organizations and internal Lab Operations. You will lead a global team and work closely with all our Labs and R&D stakeholders, along with other functions within Ericsson pertaining to this role. Your role is to establish a Consumable service for R&D and Lab Operations labs globally, a new area within HW Management. You will work closely with Local HWM at the Labs as well as directly with staff in the lab. This includes ownership and requirement management of applicable applications/tools, as well as identifying new and/or adjust existing tools in close cooperation and collaboration with internal Lab Operations and with R&D Stakeholders.
What you will do:
- To define, create and establish a consumables service serving LabOps labs and R&D User dedicated stakeholders
- Maintain and operate the service, including forecasting and stock levels
- Consolidate usage and requirements from labs and stakeholders and create appropriate requirements towards applicable tools/applications, such as towards ELCIS/Equipman or towards a new application
- Discuss and provide negotiations input to Sourcing for applicable consumables and suppliers
- Define and establish ways of working with stakeholders and within LabOperations
- Create process(es) for consumables supporting R&D and LabOps usage
- Maintain and increase the Data Quality for consumables, create and evolve processes and services ensuring they are efficient and fit for purpose

The skills you bring:
- Master or business degree or similar
- Experience in lean & agile ways of working and its implementation in large organizations
- Several years of experience of working in an international operation as leader/driver
- Excellent understanding of the asset management area, preferable consumable areas
- Great understanding of how a data Center and R&D Lab functions
- Great ability to create, communicate and execute on strategy & vision
- Experience of working in an ITIL structured organization
- Experience of leading indirectly, across many locations/countries
- Quick and thorough in enhancing your understanding of new areas
- Experience from interacting with stakeholders in an international environment
- Experienced in working with Sourcing or asset suppliers (HW or consumables)
