Role Overview
You will be accountable for the growth of Transformation Management / Organizational Change Management practice serving as point-of-contact for one or several of the industry sector(s) in EMEA by selling, delivering and building the practice capabilities.
You will play a key role in managing client and account interactions, primarily for Consulting Transformation Management / OCM opportunities where you will be the point-of-contact to serve the particular industry sector(s) of yours.
We are seeking people who are passionate about transformations, who are capable navigating across large corporations working seamlessly across Cognizant capabilities, outstanding in addressing people impacts to deliver business-led transformational outcomes enabled by digital.
Supported by Cognizant Consulting, Designers and Technology experts, you will be responsible for overall transformational change management deliverables and be central in building trust-based client relationships for future growth.
Furthermore, you will support account- and business development and you should be ready to act as bid manager on key opportunities related to Transformation Management and Organizational Change Management.
Your contributions will be essential to evolve our growing Transformation Management / Organizational Change Management Consulting practice with offerings tailored to the specific industry sector(s).
You will need to understand the business impact complexities and develop holistic Organizational Change Management resolutions that enable business transformation.
You will be expected to have line of reports of mid-to-junior Organizational Change Management Consulting individuals based within EMEA/Nordics and expected to over time grow our practice of consultants.
Skills & Experience
Fluent Swedish or other Scandinavian language skills essential
15 years of experience, preferably in a role as (an external) organizational change management consultant
Able to interact at C-levels with core consulting skills derived from your management consulting background.
Proven track record of delivering successful transformational change consulting engagements at international corporations
Experience with implementing leading technology platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, MS365, ServiceNow, Informatica
Desirable
MBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Organization Psychology, or Behavioural Science
Change Management Certified Professional e.g. PROSCI or ACMP
Deep understanding of the latest organizational change management trends
Strong affinity with (digital) technology
