Release Manager for Embedded Systems
We are currently seeking a structured and analytically driven consultant for a one-year assignment as a Release Manager focusing on software and calibration handling in embedded systems. There is a strong possibility for extension.
Assignment Overview
As a Release Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of base software and calibration for embedded systems. You will collaborate closely with project management and development teams and take responsibility for continuous improvement in release and calibration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor software deliveries across multiple projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve delivery deviations
- Build and release software packages for production and aftermarket
- Handle additional releases related to field quality issues
- Maintain calibration library and databases
- Drive improvements in calibration tools, workflows, and processes
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Systems and Technology, etc.)
- A few years of experience with software release processes in embedded systems and diagnostics
- Familiarity with lean principles and agile environments

Language Requirements
Fluency in Swedish or English is required.
Scope: Full-time
Location: Initial phase on-site, then hybrid with at least 50% presence
