About the Assignment
As a Clinical Supply Associate (CSA), you’ll support the clinical supply management team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of materials to patients participating in clinical trials. You will work within AstraZeneca’s Pharmaceutical Technology and Development (PT&D) organisation, which turns forward-thinking science into actual medicines for millions of people worldwide.

What You’ll Do
The Clinical Supply Associate will support the team with task-based activities, including:
- Managing temperature excursion assessments affecting clinical trial materials.
- Performing electronic document archiving and quality control.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing of digital systems.
- Coordinating the purchase and delivery of External Commercial Products.
- Facilitating documentation activities to ensure inspection readiness to meet international GMP standards.
- Coordinating ID testing requests for clinical trial materials.
- Documenting and coordinating product quality complaints and GxP deviations.
- Using Supply Chain Management systems to support agile ways of working.
- Contributing to continuous improvement through visual management, problem solving, global standardisation, and process confirmation.
In this role, you’ll also have opportunities to develop leadership skills and enterprise acumen, quickly becoming a super-user within your area or leading improvement initiatives.
