We are delighted to be assisting our client, a Top 10 UK Building Services Contractor, who is looking for a high-performing Commercial Manager to join their growing region and lead the commercial oversight across multiple live data centre projects in the Nordics. You'll play a key role in one of the fastest-growing sectors globally, working with Tier 1 clients and ensuring financial control, performance, and profitability across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all commercial functions across multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Contract management, risk mitigation, and cost control
- Build and maintain client and supply chain relationships
- Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning with internal stakeholders
- Ensure project delivery aligns with budgets, timelines, and high-quality standards
- Personal Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager on large-scale MEP or data centre projects
- Strong working knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across different geographies
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Willingness to relocate to Nordic countries (support provided)
