We are looking for a cloud presales specialist to join our Global Sales and Marketing team. In this role you will support and develop our cloud business, and act as an advisor to our country operations and the partner organization. You will be working in close collaboration with the Global Commercial Director Cloud, and the rest of the cloud presales team. Your role bridges commercial and technical expertise in cloud services, ensuring clear and impactful communication of our solutions' value.
A self-driven person who takes own initiative and enjoys being in an energized and dynamic environment will love this role.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the cloud sales support desk, ensuring efficient handling of presale tickets, and providing timely quotes and guidance to the sales team in the creation of proposals
- Provide advice when qualifying business opportunities
- Support sales in their customer dialogue
- Attend global sales meeting
- Advise and support sales in their cloud strategy work
- Attend customer presentations/meetings
- Create training material and train the sales team
- Maintain and develop our collaboration with Microsoft
- Provide input and support product marketing team in creating sales collateral
- Maintain awareness of market trends, as well as product and competitor landscapes
- Continuously improve the Sectra One cloud business offering together with other team members

Qualifications:
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering, IT or similar with a strong academic record
- Good academic performance and grades
- Be fluent in English
- Have previous sales experience
- As a person, you service minded doer, driven by a will to succeed with our targets and to make an impact
- Have interest in and understanding of cloud technology
- Value customer contact and thrive in a fast-paced technological environment
We consider it as a great asset if you:
- Have experience in project management or service delivery
- Are familiar with network infrastructure and IT operations
