This is a part-time role designed to fit alongside your studies—you set the number of hours you work each week, as long as you deliver on the outcomes.

Your mission: Significantly improve our internal processes through automation and structure, speeding up reporting, ensuring we’re not missing anything, and delivering on our deadlines.

You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and other departments to streamline workflows, unify data sources, and ensure that we’re moving at the speed our growth demands. You won’t just make systems more efficient—you’ll create leverage that compounds over time.

• Currently enrolled at a prestigious university preferably with strong academic performance.

• Previous experience internships, or working in a small, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

• Proficient in workplace tools, integrations, and automations—especially AI applications or AI agents—with demonstrated hands-on experience.
