About the role 

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in enabling the achievement of our long-term strategic ambitions by working closely with the management group on various topics. You will work across the markets and customer segments to ensure we capitalize on best-practices and our Nordic scale. This is a role for someone who enjoys high-level strategic thinking while simultaneously driving efforts with relatively short-term impact – from assessing market characteristics and opportunities to facilitating and synthetizing workshops on prioritized topics. This role provides an opportunity to build a strong network across the whole organization that will yield a lot of possibilities for development and pursuing a career within the company.

You are a proactive person with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset that have a strong business acumen, with a background from management consulting or similar. You have a structured, analytical way of working, and it’s natural for you to seek understanding of business operations through a combination of facts and figures. You know how to navigate complex problems and foster collaboration as well as able to build long-lasting relationships with your excellent communication skills.
