We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Controller eager to take the next step in their finance career. In this role, you will take ownership of financial analysis and play a central part in FP&A activities. You will also support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring smooth and accurate processes.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a finance or analysis professional with 2–4 years of experience to step into a more impactful, business-facing role with greater influence and visibility.

Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance tracking processes.
- Assist in building and improving financial models to support planning and decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis and report key findings to management.
Business Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales, costs, margins, and other key business drivers to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with departments (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to provide financial insights.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards.
- Work with large datasets from ERP, CRM, and BI systems to support financial insights.
- Help develop and automate reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Support:
- Assist with monitoring and analyzing AP/AR balances to ensure accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies or aged receivables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work confidently with data and numbers.
- Proficient in Excel, experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and preferrably in Swedish
