Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
- Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customers and agencies.
- Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer business and marketing goals, then leveraging insights to help them achieve those objectives faster.
- Develop custom insights analysis for Google's customers. This helps them identify opportunities, make better decisions, and achieve business goals (e.g., by showing how their online presence aligns with consumer demand, optimizing their next year's budget, or identifying product categories).
- Scale best practices in insights from our customers to the entire portfolio through effective training, clear processes, compelling narratives, and adaptable templates.
- Co-lead at least one area of learning and innovation, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for analysts or advanced branding insights.
