We are looking for an AI Marketing Lead with a passion for using cutting-edge AI tools to drive every aspect of our marketing strategy. You’ll be working autonomously, using your expertise in AI agents, automation, and optimization to lead our marketing initiatives with minimal supervision. This is a role for a highly independent self-starter—someone who thrives in an environment where they can take ownership, experiment, and constantly iterate on their work to deliver results.
In this role, you will be the architect of our AI-powered marketing engine. You'll use AI agents to automate tasks, GEO optimization to target the right audience at the right time, and leverage LLM reasoning to analyze ICP fit and refine content across channels. Your independence will be key, as you'll work closely with the customer success, sales, and product teams to align on goals and integrate insights, but you'll be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns on your own.

Responsibilities
As the AI Marketing Lead, you will:
Work independently to drive traffic and engagement across digital marketing channels, using AI-powered tools to generate leads, enhance conversions, and build brand growth
Leverage AI agents to automate and personalize lead generation across platforms, scaling outreach efforts while maintaining a high level of personalization
Use GEO optimization techniques to ensure our marketing campaigns are precisely targeted to local audiences, driving higher engagement and relevance
Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) for evaluating ICP fit, optimizing content, and ensuring that our messaging resonates with the right audience across all digital channels
Experiment with and continuously optimize marketing campaigns using AI-powered tools to improve performance and maximize return on investment
Analyze data from prospects and customers using AI insights to adapt marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Manage the digital marketing budget independently across AI-driven platforms, ensuring the most efficient use of resources
Take full ownership of campaigns and initiatives, applying AI to maximize their efficiency and impact
Support event planning and execution, all with a data-driven, autonomous approach
Skills & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a deep focus on AI tools for automation, optimization, and insights
A growth hacker mindset—obsessed with finding innovative ways to leverage AI tools to drive marketing performance
Strong experience working independently and autonomously, with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of your work
Hands-on experience with AI agents and automation tools to scale lead generation, content personalization, and campaign optimization
Expertise in GEO optimization and the ability to target audiences based on geographic data to increase marketing relevance
Familiarity with using LLMs for marketing analysis, including ICP evaluation, content optimization, and enhancing targeting strategies
A data-driven approach to defining, measuring, and optimizing KPIs
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, product) while maintaining independence
Deep knowledge of modern digital marketing technologies, including AI-powered analytics, CRM systems, A/B testing, and predictive analytics
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where you have the autonomy to shape your projects and drive results
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to leverage AI to solve marketing challenges and deliver measurable outcomes
It would be great if you also have:
Native or bilingual proficiency in English
Experience marketing to academic and research audiences
Previous experience working with startups, especially in tech or AI-related fields
Familiarity with robots, conversational systems, or cutting-edge technology
