About the Role:
As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for everything needed to take AI/ML models to MVP status. This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of research, development, deployment, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with a talented R&D team, tackle real-world challenges, and deliver solutions that bring the most value in a resource-conscious environment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a collaborative and fast-moving team
- Can understand priorities and propose smart, value-driven solutions
- Has a proven track record of delivering working AI/ML solutions in large projects
- Is confident in presenting and communicating results to stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models from prototype to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities and deliver value quickly
- Build and maintain ML pipelines, APIs, and user-facing components
- Implement best practices in DevOps and containerized deployments
- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI/ML and contribute to innovative solutions
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Strong programming skills: Python (including packaging); experience with Rust and JavaScript/front-end solutions is a plus
- Kubernetes, Docker, Containerization, REST API
- Workflow & orchestration: MLFlow, Airflow, Windmill
- Data & ML platforms: Hopsworks, Palantir Foundry
- ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, pandas, scikit-learn
- Experience with ML architectures: GMM, HMM, LSTM, Transformers, CNN, RNN
- Experience working in DevOps environments
