Position: Account Manager
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
About the Position
Flora Food Group is looking for a driven and commercially focused Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you'll take responsibility for strategically important customers in Sweden. You'll build strong customer partnerships, lead impactful launches, work on new growth opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to unlock growth for both our customers and our brands such as Lätta, Flora, Becel, Milda and Violife.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves building relationships, is creative and passionate about driving business opportunities and results through insight-led plans and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Leadership: Own and manage the customer relationship with many contact points, acting as the key point of contact and hunt for new business opportunities for retail Sweden.
- Strategic Planning: Develop tailored customer plans based on deep understanding of customer needs, category dynamics, and shopper behaviour.
- Flawless Execution: Lead the implementation of new product launches and ensure best-in-class distribution and in-store presence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, category, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of joint business plans.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate customer performance regularly, identifying opportunities and challenges and responding proactively.
- Field Sales Partnership: Collaborate with the field sales organisation to maximise plan execution at store level.
- Sales Operations: Ensure accurate internal and external administration in partnership with the sales operation team.
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
We're looking for a sales driven, creative person with a big interest of doing and driving profitable business opportunities and that has a deep understanding of the Swedish FMCG retail landscape and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of Key Account Management/Account Management experience within FMCG, ideally with Swedish retail customers.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and execute them successfully in a commercial setting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and longer-term planning.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid grasp of business financials and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English.
