What's the role about?

As our new Account Manager to our team of three Account Managers, you’ll be an essential part of the team, contributing to Eletive’s mission, to increase well-being at workplaces worldwide. The Account Management team has been around for a few years, but is yet young, meaning there are still lots to influence and develop.

Your focus will be on ensuring the growth of our clients by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. These opportunities may be discovered independently or through collaboration with our internal team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: This aspect of the role involves identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts e.g. selling add-on features, upgrade to a another package, selling integrations solutions or our service packages.
  • Renewals: In cases where the existing client's contract is set to expire and our Customer Experience team needs support, it will be your responsibility as the Account Manager to negotiate and secure the renewal, ensuring the retention of the customer.
  • New Sales: To complement your sales pipe, you'll also be doing some new sales by prospecting, networking and getting referrals from current clients. Having happy clients are an important key here.

To thrive in the role we believe that you …

  • Have a successful track record of driving sales within SaaS (Software as a Service), and preferably within the HR-space.
  • Are showcasing a passion for building a strategic pipeline and lasting client relationships, all supoorted with a strong drive for achieving sales success
  • Are structured and organized and pay great attention to details, any documents need to be in order.
  • Have a self-starter mindset; you proactively identify opportunities for improvement and are a driving force in the work.
  • Possess a strong collaborative nature, working seamlessly with internal teams like Marketing and Customer Experience to drive success and business growth.
  • Write and speak fluent English. If you are also fluent in Swedish, German, French, Dutch, or Finnish, this is considered a valuable asset.

This role requires authorization to work in Sweden as it’s based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, but we welcome applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU.
