As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will act as a trusted technical advisor for our merchants. You’ll work closely with the Account Managers and Customer Support to deliver seamless onboarding, smooth integrations, and optimized customer journeys. This is a cross-functional role where technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building come together to create best-in-class customer experiences.
This is what you’ll do:
Act as the main point of contact for merchants during the integration process, guiding them through technical and operational setup of payment services.
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand merchant requirements and recommend appropriate integration solutions (e.g., hosted checkout, direct API, SDKs).
Lead and manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirements gathering, documentation review, sandbox testing, and go-live readiness.
Troubleshoot integration issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Conduct technical walkthroughs, product demos, and integration training for merchants and partners.
Monitor integration performance metrics and help optimize transaction flows.
Maintain detailed records of integrations, updates, and communications
Partner with Account Managers to provide technical insights during client meetings, transforming feedback into meaningful action.
Gather performance data and advise on improvements to the customers
Act as an escalation point of incidents
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years in a technical solutions, integration, or implementation management role in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
Technical expertise: Solid understanding of APIs, SDKs, ability to read and interpret API documentation.
Problem-solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with product and tech, and drive resolution.
Communication: Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project management: Experience managing multiple merchant integrations or technical projects simultaneously.
Customer focus: Track record of building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer experience.
Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, support, and tech.
Language skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
