As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Talent Acquisition efforts towards achieving our long-term business plans and ambitions. The overall organization is located throughout Europe, with our Portuguese office in Lisboa.
What you will do?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aceve you’ll work closely with all business leaders and line managers within the group.
You will partake in building the Employer Branding & Attraction across all our markets and business, with the mission to enable the future success and growth of Aceve. Your role will be broad, spanning hands-on headhunting, to help building recruitment processes and creating data insights for identifying improvement areas. Your role will have a real impact on how we continue to develop and maintain a world class Talent Acquisition process. Your role is all about attracting more brilliant people to our teams, and your focus will be on:
- Supporting our high set targets on growth by ensuring we recruit timely and hire the right people
- Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies to find attractive candidates for a wide range of roles, but specifically within commercial roles
- Partake in talent attraction initiatives/projects, creating data insights and finding improvement areas
- Acting as a sounding board and advisor to internal stakeholders, while developing relationships to strengthen the Talent Acquisition function
- Developing our employer brand through various initiatives and projects- from idea generation to execution in collaboration with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Being a true Aceve ambassador who inspires others to do their best, for us to achieve our group goals

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with end to end recruitment
- Proven track record in Talent Attraction/Acquisition driving hands-on recruitment processes on all levels, preferably within multiple business areas
- Used to hiring talent in a high paced environment
- You have a prestige-less mindset, and you enjoy working in an environment where you are given a lot of responsibility
- You are independent and get stuff done quickly and accurately
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- You have a bachelor's degree in Business, HR or proven working experience relevant to the role
