As a Premier Google Cloud partner, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, leading the implementation of impactful projects and cutting-edge cloud solutions.
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you’ll be a key driver in delivering successful outcomes for our customers. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including cloud, data, frontend and backend engineers, Google Workspace specialists, and sales—you’ll manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
You’re proactive, adaptable, and responsive to client needs, always one step ahead in anticipating requirements. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build trust and foster lasting relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project scope, design, planning, and budget control.
- Participate in pre-sales activities by supporting technical proposals and project planning.
- Define and manage project deliverables with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.
- Create and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear and timely updates on progress and changes.
- Manage evolving requirements and assess their impact on timelines and budgets.
- Ensure accurate timesheet tracking aligned with project delivery.
- Guide and support the consultant team to stay motivated and deliver high-quality results.
- Continuously look for ways to improve delivery efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in managing dynamic, cross-functional project teams.
- Take a proactive approach to planning and problem-solving to drive successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project momentum through sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Lead technical discussions with clarity, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in delivery or project/program management within technology, cloud and software development environments.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in the tech consulting industry is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master certification
- Communication skills in Swedish
