The Project Manager is responsible for projects supporting capacity transformation & continued production of cost-effective high-quality products, such as effective implementation of new equipment and improved manufacturing reliability and operating efficiency processes.
The Project Manager is also responsible for effective engagement and communications with internal and external stakeholders and will be a critical and strategic thinker in establishing project priorities across cross-functional teams.
This position reports to the Director Program Management and is part of the OPS PMO located in Solna, Sweden and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scope, initiate and lead operation projects
- Lead project team with focus on on-time delivery of agreed project targets, budget and resource management
- Ensure a positive and learning work environment within the project team
- Communicate and report project status to core team, stakeholders and decisionmakers
- Create and apply visual Gemba evidence and standard work for project tracking and status for core team and decision makers
- Support portfolio review of projects
- Improve project execution processes and drive continuous improvements for project manager standard work

- MSc in Life Sciences or Engineering with 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience of project management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to engage, motivate and develop colleagues
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Excellent communication in English, written and oral
- Experience within validation/qualification and manufacturing processes and targets
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Familiarity with medical device regulations in US and CE markets
- Proficiency in Molecular Biology Techniques including PCR
- LEAN experience
