Senior Construction Insurance Specialist

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to support our growing Nordic Construction practice, focusing on client service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage client relationships
Provide technical insurance solutions for construction projects
Support business development efforts
Collaborate with team members across Nordic countries
Requirements:
5-7 years experience in insurance, preferably in construction or related sectors
Strong understanding of construction risk management
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Fluent English, additional Nordic language an advantage
Willingness to work across Nordic markets
