About us – managing the business with private individuals
Personal Customers Sweden holds end-to-end responsibility for managing the business with private individuals in Sweden. The unit directly oversees the business agenda related to customer advisory services, support, value propositions, strategic development, and pricing within the Swedish market. It comprises approximately 300 FTEs, primarily engaged in customer-facing roles across the country.
About the role – enabling PC Sweden to reach its potential
Personal Customers Sweden is an organisation with high ambitions and a clear strategic agenda. It offers an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the strategic direction, setting priorities, and collaborating closely with all parts of the organisation to ensure successful execution.
You will play a key role in enabling PC Sweden to reach its full potential. Reporting directly to the Head of PC Sweden, you will work closely with the entire management team to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Your focus will be on ensuring alignment to create long-term value and driving key initiatives that shape the company’s direction and progress.
Key roles and responsibilities
You will play a key role in driving the strategic agenda for PC Sweden by leading the long-term priority setting and prioritisation processes. You will also support the commercial agenda by ensuring holistic, fact-based decision-making and act as the vital link between the Swedish operation and Group Strategy to align priorities effectively.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring business and organisational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and actively facilitating success across the company.
- Supporting the Head of PC in various communication tasks to ensure strategic objectives are clearly conveyed internally and externally.

You are a self-driven and highly motivated individual with advanced analytical skills. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders is impressive, and you maintain a strong focus on fact-driven decision-making and transparency promotion.
With advanced communication and presentation abilities, you possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are keen on contributing to achieving strategic objectives. You demonstrate high professional integrity, personal drive, and motivation, enabling you to navigate complex challenges effectively.
Furthermore, you have:
- Strong relationship-building and commercial skills.
- Strong business acumen and clear industry expertise.
- Ability to quickly grasp and analyse complex problems and guide teams through execution.
- Experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder changes and/or impact projects, such as reorganisations, cost reductions, or large-scale implementations.
- A strong delivery of results against ambitious plans with large teams.
- Expertise in business case modelling.
