As a member of our Corporate Real Estate Services team, you will work with the business, in close collaboration with various stakeholders (HR, legal, procurement and IT) to design and deliver workplace solutions that align with the organization’s goals, objectives, and brand.

Your role
As a Real Estate Manager you are responsible for the acquisition and shaping of Capgemini workplaces, building modern, flexible and digital office concepts to meet the ever-changing needs of Capgemini employees. This is a crucial role supporting business transformation with the development and implementation of the Real Estate strategy.
You will be responsible for managing the real estate portfolio in the Nordics and for planning, designing, leading and delivering real estate and transformation projects (construction, closure, relocations, large refurbishments) in line with Global Space Design guidelines and Group governance.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Managing commercial relationships with office landlords to maintain a positive, productive relationship across our 40+ offices in the Nordics.
- Ensuring all databases are kept updated and aligned Managing a small team of project managers delivering a range of Real Estate Projects (stay vs go, expansion, contraction, closure and transformation) that span over the entire lifecycle of real estate projects
- Taking responsibility for delivering timely and quality results
- Proactively working to identify opportunities for optimization of the property portfolio

What we believe you will bring with you:
- Minimum of ten years of relevant real estate experience, with an added advantage if in a global organization
- Experience in project management for complex projects
- Working knowledge or good understanding of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, ability to adapt to a changing environment and to follow policies and procedures
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in a Nordic language is an added advantage
- A Project Management qualification is an added advantage
