Wärtsilä Gas Solutions is currently seeking to strengthen its Service Aftermarket team. At present, our installed base comprises over 50 Biogas plants, primarily located in Northern Europe, supported by a dedicated team of service engineers. Wärtsilä designs and constructs biogas upgrading and liquefaction plants and is recognized as a market leader in this sector, with over 20 years of industry experience. Biogas, produced from food waste, sewage, manure, and crops, consists mainly of methane and carbon dioxide. The upgraded biogas, Biomethane, can be utilized as vehicle fuel, injected into the gas grid, or used for liquefaction (BioLNG). Several major fuel suppliers view Biogas/BioLNG as a key transition fuel for the next two decades.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the operational performance of customers' plants under service contracts. Your role will involve planning plant services, troubleshooting activities, and liaising between external and internal stakeholders to optimize plant performance while serving as the single point of contact for your customers.

Main Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will operate in an international environment, focusing on the assigned client’s Biogas installations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing service contracts, including conducting meetings with customers on-site.
  • Planning and initiating service actions in close collaboration with the service coordinator.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers and the site team.
  • Following up with the 24/7 service team.
  • Providing necessary administrative support for billable work.

The position may be based in Kalmar, Sweden

Requirements:
A B.Sc degree in a relevant engineering discipline is advantageous, but all qualifications will be considered.
Experience in Project Management, Commissioning, or Operational roles within Process Plants is beneficial.

Basic knowledge in the following areas is required:
  • Theoretical understanding of mechanical and electrical installations.
  • Mechanical and process equipment
  • Process industry operations involving pressure, chemicals, heat transfer, and valves.
  • Contract management.
  • Fluent English, along with proficiency in either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, is required.
