About the role
As a Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for initiating and managing new projects to deliver our energy-as-a-service offering to our customers in Sweden. You will work closely with our sales, technical project manager and analysis team to ensure that each new sales opportunity is turned into a successful project delivery.
In this role, you will plan each project and gather all the relevant stakeholders according to our project delivery processes. You will manage projects during the feasibility phase, provide necessary reviews for steering groups and decision makers, and hand over the project after certain investment decisions and customer contracts.
Responsibilities in this role:
- Support our sales and gather necessary data in customer meetings for our project delivery purposes.
- Create the project plan, schedule, budget and business case in each project in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Manage each project during the feasibility phase and provide information for our steering groups and decisions makers.
- Ensure successful hand over to following project manager who will deliver the project through the upcoming engineering and construction phases until full commissioning.
This position is located in our Solna office and involves traveling on a regular basis.
About you
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:
- Experience in project management in large B2B sales projects.
- Proven track-record of successful project deliveries in terms of delivery time and budget.
- Skills to successfully combine technological and financial requirements.
- Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills.
- Fluent skills in Swedish and English.
