Join us as a Procurement developer & analyst and play a crucial role in enhancing our capabilities in procuring indirect products and services across our diverse portfolio of brands and functions.
Group Indirect Procurement is a newly established team within H&M Group CFO Office. Purpose with the team is to achieve cost efficiencies, capture procurement synergies and reduce supplier risks within indirect goods and services across brands and functions within the Group.
We are currently developing our centre of excellence for indirect procurement and will be implementing a new operating model together with a Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement developer & analyst to play a crucial role in supporting our procurement organisation and its end-users. This position combines technical system administration with process understanding, focusing on ensuring our procurement systems are accessible, efficient, and compliant. You will be a key point of contact for system support, Business tech, managing configurations, and troubleshooting issues to maintain high productivity across the business.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for support of the procurement organisation, business tech, and the company's end users.
Administration and control of system user access.
Lead configuration change settings.
Point of Contact for system provider to address tickets etc.
Supports configuration work and documentation of changes made.
Maintaining configuration settings in the future Source-to-Pay solution.
Provide technical support for business-critical applications and systems.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies to support business roles.
Monitor and maintain system health to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting productivity (e.g., login failures, application errors, printing issues).
Collaborate with business units to understand system usage needs and support optimisation.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data protection, and audit requirements.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Apart from frequently connecting with colleagues across Functions and Brands, you will belong to the Indirect Procurement team, consisting of dedicated, brave and supporting senior procurement professionals with extensive experience from procurement in various industries and cost categories. As the team is quite newly established, the spirit of being part of shaping the future and doing it together is strong.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You have experience from managing and developing Source-to-Pay solutions to enable procurement operating models. You are business-focused and have a result-driven mindset understanding how the Source-to-Pay solutions can enable people and the business. You are experienced in driving and creating long-term change by “making it stick”. You also have strong willingness and courage to break new grounds, and ability to get people engaged and willing to embrace new way of working.
Additionally, we see that you have:
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Basic scripting and configuration skills to streamline routine tasks.
Ability to prioritize support tickets and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
Understanding of business workflows and how systems support them.
Preferably experience of data modelling and BI-tools (Microsoft PowerBI, QlikSence, QlikView, Tableau, or other relevant system).
Experience from Category Management and Procurement of indirect Goods and Services in a large enterprise environment.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills and evidence of concise, structured, thought-through communication.
