What You’ll Do
As our Operations Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to support a wide range of essential functions:
🛠️ General Operations
- Support the Operations Manager in administrative tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Help streamline internal processes and ensure alignment across departments.
🚚 Logistics Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact between Kisi and our logistics partners.
- Coordinate shipments, manage inventory movement, and ensure timely deliveries.
👥 Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment logistics, onboarding coordination, and employee documentation.
- Help process payroll, expense reports, and maintain HR records.
🔐 Compliance Ownership
- Assist with key compliance projects including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
- Help organize documentation, schedule audits, and ensure policy adherence.
🏢 Office Management
- Create a fun, inclusive, and efficient office environment.
- Plan and execute engaging team events and support overall employee experience in Stockholm.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in tech and startup culture is a bonus!
- Entry position, no previous experience required.
