Position Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Research Coordinator (50%) to support the management of a WADA-funded research project. This is an on-site position with some travel required between Sweden and Germany.
This is a 1-year project starting in September 2025. Continuation depends on future funding.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage activities related to the WADA grant
Prepare and handle blood samples according to established protocols
Develop and refine laboratory protocols
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure operational readiness
Manage research data and ensure data integrity
Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and safety standards
Collaborate with international partners and travel as needed

Qualifications
Demonstrated laboratory experience, including sample preparation
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment
Experience with mass spectrometry and -omics technologies is a plus
Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
