Key Requirements
All candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL principles.
• High-level understanding of Finance & HR business processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Experience with BMC Helix tool preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical solutions.
• Proactive and independent working style.
• Extensive experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar IT service role.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with service performance metrics.
• Experience in a global IT environment.

Main Responsibilities
The IT Delivery Manager will oversee the governance and processes vital for service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring service performance metrics, including KPI/SLA/XLA, and managing Service Improvement plans.
• Conducting Major Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis.
• Identifying areas for continuous improvement in processes and tools.
• Maintaining and optimizing the Service Catalog.
• Developing and updating IT service documentation and operational procedures.
• Facilitating clear communication between DES teams and business stakeholders.
• Supporting change management initiatives to ensure adherence to processes.
• Collaborating with other service delivery managers to drive best practices and process harmonization.
