You test and refine process flows to ensure they align with SAP standards and directly support our Product Planning objectives.
You collaborate closely with stakeholders across Supply, IT, Global Planning, and Compliance to deliver solutions that are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with our production planning goals.
Included in your responsibility:

- Facilitate workshops and create training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with system capabilities
- Test and validate process flows to ensure seamless integration

The location for this position is in Sandviken, Gimo, Schmalkalden, or Pune, with a hybrid setup that offers flexibility.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience. You’ve worked with production processes and understand how they connect. You know how to document processes clearly and effectively. Experience with SAP is a plus, and familiarity with legacy systems like GSS and GSS2 is helpful. You’re fluent in English and comfortable working in agile teams.
Your personality truly makes the difference, characterized by your structured, curious and confident manner. You take initiative, speak up, and aren’t afraid to sit in the driver’s seat to learn what you need. You’re a team player who values collaboration and clarity, and you know how to deliver on time without losing sight of the bigger picture.
