Role Summary
In this position you will support Scania Whistleblowing System, perform initial assessment of the allegations, legal assessment of the investigation results and be responsible for the final closure of cases, providing recommendations for disciplinary measures, if needed. You will work according to Scania’s guidelines for investigations, respecting individual rights, local legislation and local labour agreements. You are a good team player, having an open mindset and interest in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
In this role, you will:

Give legal advice in connection to investigations, and be responsible for drafting the Investigation Closure Statements, including preparation of a plan for remedial / disciplinary actions.
Support the investigation team throughout the investigation phases and provide advise on associated legal / compliance issues.
Draft clear reports and presentations for internal audience, as well as assist others with report drafting.
Inform relevant stakeholders of the status of investigation findings on a timely basis and present summaries of investigations.
Support in developing the investigation manuals, as well as proactively identify legal trends impacting the investigation process and provide advise based on a sound legal judgement.
Act with high integrity and have an open-minded approach, seeking practical and integrated solutions.

Who you are
You have:
A law degree from an accredited law school or degree in economics / accounting.
4+ years of experience handling investigations in an international company or law firm.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish, additional language is a plus (Spanish and Portuguese).

Advanced Excel skills.
