Graphic Designer
As a Graphic designer at NA-KD, you play a pivotal role in crafting compelling designs & layouts to elevate our campaigns and our brand's presence in the fashion e-commerce industry. You work closely and collaboratively with our Content team to enhance our campaigns and assets, engaging our customers and delivering an exceptional online shopping experience.
Reports to: Campaign Manager
Key responsibilities
- Create high-quality and on-brand visuals for various marketing and promotional materials, including campaign assets, paid advertising, website graphics, newsletter campaigns, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the Content team, copy and CRM team, to brainstorm and develop design concepts that drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Provide creative input and design support for the development of the company's website and other digital platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a high level of quality, aligned with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education
- Proven professional experience as a graphic designer, with at least 3 years of graphic design experience connected to the fashion & e-commerce industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software; e.g Figma. Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) concepts.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities and effectively manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address design challenges.
- Proactive attitude, independence, and the ability to work autonomously in collaboration with other stakeholders.
