Group Risk Sustainability is currently looking for two ESG risk analysts.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Join Group Risk Sustainability, a highly skilled team within Group Risk, responsible for integrating ESG risks into the bank’s overall risk management framework
Help shape how ESG risks are embedded in Swedbank’s core risk processes and governance
Become a member of a team with a genuine interest in how ESG factors affect a bank’s balance sheet and risks
Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify, assess, monitor, and report ESG risks as drivers of financial risk
Take a central role in a cross-functional regulatory change programme with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and collaboration across departments
Conduct analysis at both strategic and detailed levels, depending on the task and context
Collaborate across departments, expanding your network and deepening your expertise in sustainability, risk management, and the banking industry
Prepare analyses and material for Group Risk Management and the Bank's Board of Directors, supporting decision-making and strategy discussions
What is needed in this role:
An analytical and open mindset, with a strong curiosity for sustainability, banking, and risk analysis
Ability to take ownership of your assignments and present complex ideas and facts concisely
Highly structured and organised, with strong project management capabilities
A desire to learn and continuously improve your skills and knowledge
Academic degree in finance, engineering, mathematics, economics, or another relevant field
Experience from working with ESG risks is a merit
Strong presentation and analytical skills, with attention to details
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both in written and spoken form
