The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our global team. In this role, you’ll help our most strategic customers harness Planhat’s capabilities—including AI-driven automation, customizable workflows, and advanced data modeling—to transform how they manage the customer journey.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Innovation: Architect sophisticated solutions for customer success teams using Planhat’s AI-powered workflows, smart alerts, and automation features.
- Be the Strategic Technical Partner: Build deep, trusted relationships with enterprise customers, advising on how to embed Planhat into their tech stack and business processes.
- Own the Technical Lifecycle: From onboarding to maturity, ensure technical success and product adoption through seamless integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Drive Intelligent Automation: Help customers leverage Planhat’s native automation engine and AI insights to streamline processes, detect churn risk, and drive renewals.
- Manage a Strategic Portfolio: Oversee a book of enterprise clients with complex requirements—tracking technical health, engagement trends, and roadmap alignment.
- Influence Product & AI Capabilities: Act as the voice of the customer to our product and AI teams—bringing real-world insights that help shape the evolution of the platform.
You Might Be A Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Architect, Solution/Sales Engineer, Integration Lead) in SaaS, ideally with data-heavy or AI-enabled platforms.
- Are comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, data pipelines, and custom integrations (experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Looker, etc.).
- Can diagnose complex technical issues and explain solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Are excited about the power of AI to transform workflows and decision-making—and you know how to make that real for customers.
- Have a proactive, consultative mindset—you’re not solving tickets, you’re designing outcomes.
- Digging under the “hood” is second nature to you. You’re a natural problem solver who takes initiative, dives deep into the unknown, and leaves no stone unturned when uncovering solutions, identifying recurring issues, and creating helpful resources for clients
- Bonus: You’ve worked with CRM or customer data platforms before.
