WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a CRM Data Scientist within the Loyalty & CRM team under Market Activation, you will be at the forefront of recruiting, onboarding and developing customers through our loyalty and membership program. In this global role, your contributions will have a direct and significant impact on our brand strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in CRM strategies
- Build predictive models to forecast customer behavior and preferences.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts.
- Collaborate with the CRM team and the Value stream to design and execute A/B tests and experiments.
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and CRM.

Membership ensures identification and engagement of our member base, building a direct relationship with our customers. Through CRM activities, we increase the value of customer interactions and drive positive customer base development, generating incremental sales.
The Marketing Activation Unit within Marketing is tasked with creating a strategic plan that brings our brand direction to life across various touchpoints. Leveraging data and customer insights, we design comprehensive plans that ensure a seamless and holistic customer experience.
WHO YOU ARE
To thrive in this role, you bring strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You’re comfortable working in fast-paced environments, translating complex data into actionable insights, and contributing meaningfully to cross-functional teams. You’re confident presenting your ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are eager to grow your impact through hands-on work and continuous learning.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and working with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to write clean, production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
- Applied knowledge in statistics and machine learning, including model evaluation and optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Strong communication skills to present insights and ML solutions to diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to working independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional product teams.
And people who are:
- Hands-on with customer segmentation, churn prediction, and recommendation systems.
- Familiar with CRM platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Experienced with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Able to translate business problems into machine learning solutions and define appropriate evaluation metrics.
- Interested in contributing to Communities of Practice or mentoring junior colleagues as part of your growth journey.
