Key Responsibilities and skills
Develop and implement effective CRM strategies.
Hands-on experience of building customer journeys and how to continuously optimize them.
Work with multiple markets and brands to deliver personalised communication to the users.
Establish relevant KPIs to be able to measure success and drive performance.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations. We believe you have strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
Being able to effectively communicate and convey key metrics and results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic understanding of the user journey.
Experience
1-2 years in a B2C CRM role.
A relevant university degree.
Fluent in English. Fluent in any other Nordic language (especially Finnish) is not a requirement but a nice to have.
