One of our colleagues is leaving for maternity leave and we’re looking for our new Country Manager for UK, France and the Netherlands. As a Country Manager, you will play a vital role in driving Desenio’s continued growth in the regions.
You will be leading a team, consisting of 3 colleagues, working with Regional Activations & Influencer marketing focusing on UK, France and the Netherlands. This is a hard-working and loyal team that always strives to improve results, while maintaining a fun and motivating work environment. You will report to our Head of Regional Activations and work at our HQ in Södermalm.
Your responsibilities include:
- Overall market activation responsibility for the UK, France and the Netherlands regions
- Responsible for the localization, e.g. making sure the UK, France and the Netherlands websites are relevant and up to date; analyzing domains strengths and suggest practical measures to improve countries performance
- Executing on plans and budgets to reach Sales and Customer KPIs
- Lead the team by monitoring regional performance on both Sales and Marketing levels through analytical tools
- Driving traffic and sales through channels like influencer marketing, ambassadors, social paid ads (UGC and whitelisting), PR, brand campaigns, cross-brand partnerships, and physical events
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics with a focus on revenue and cost-efficiency
- Leading negotiations with influencers, agencies, and brand partners to secure impactful collaborations
- Staying up to date on trends, digital developments, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities in the markets
- Taking part in and executing brand-building events in the region
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Previous experience within influencer marketing and performance marketing, preferable in the UK
- Understanding of Paid Advertising tools and Google Analytics
- A great communicator, both written and spoken in English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships internally and externally.
It’s a plus if you have
- Excellent writing and communication skills in French or Dutch
- Previous experience within influencer marketing and performance marketing, preferable in France or the Netherlands region
We’re looking for a strong and driven leader with sharp analytical skills to keep our region’s Sales KPIs on track. You have a proactive and innovative mindset, take ownership, and are focused on delivering results. In this role, it’s essential that you can prioritize effectively, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a confident and people-focused leader, you guide your team in the right direction — driving engagement, supporting their development, and taking on key responsibilities such as performance reviews and team meetings.

Extent: This is a cover for maternity leave, with a fixed-term contract for 1 year. The extent of the position is full-time, with the possibility to be extended.
Location: Stockholm, Södermalm.
