About the position
In our role, your main task will be to process sales orders and support and coordinate relatedactivities for the Commercial Team involving interaction with customers and various internal departments. You will be an important part of the team and work to achieve business goals and create great customer support. You will be a part of the Global Commercial Team, reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Operation.
The role is based in Malmö and is a temporary position until 31/12 2026. As we are on an exciting growth journey with many development opportunities, there are good chances for continued collaboration after this period.
Key responsibilities:
- Process the purchase orders from customers by creating sales order on the Microsoft AX system and coordinate for corresponding dispatches internally (with Supply Chain and other relevant cross functional teams) and externally (with customers).
- Support customers on existing projects either directly or through relevant Key Account Managers
- Coordinate commission payments to the agents
- Provide timely support to customers and Key Account Managers with stock availability, lead time and basic queries with a focus for Malmo APIs.
- Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems
- Work towards increased awareness and focus on customer requirements in other internal departments in order to improve the company’s services and to optimize customer satisfaction
- Provide relevant administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team
- Coordinate and participate in relevant team meetings
Your Profile
- You have at least 3 years’ experience from a similar role within sales and order management
- You have a good understanding of Order to Cash flow
- Experienced user of ERP, preferably AX, and CRM systems
- Experience in Chemistry / Life Sciences would be an advantage
- You are used to coordinate and to work with day-to-day sales administration
- You are fluent in English and are confident to work with English-speaking customers, colleagues and managers
As a person you are detailed oriented and service minded. You are used to ensuring that communication works internally with various cross functional teams like Project Managers/Finance / Supply Chain / QA / Sales etc., as well as externally with customers. Furthermore, you are a person with a strong drive and problem-solving mindset that tries to improve and develop all the time.
