Your job?
To create concepts for scroll-stopping content. Shoot it. Cut it- Post it. Repeat.
You’ll be part of a small team that keeps things fast, on-brand and never boring - working on adopting trends before they hit the FYP and coming up with ways to break the internet (or at least try to).
What will you do?
- Drive the content creation process in collaboration with fellow content creators, with support from the Social Media and Content Manager, Brand Voice & Community Strategist and Head of Communications and Culture Marketing.
- Translate the Happy Socks brand and products into relevant and engaging concepts, staying true to social media first execution, cultural relevancy and aligned to the brand identity and TOV.
- Ideate and create always-on and reactive social content.
- Ideate social-first concepts on a weekly and monthly basis, shooting and editing regularly to support our marketing activations and digital channels.
- Lead the development of concepts and creative direction of our social media channels, in alignment to the social media and marketing strategies and the brand’s overarching creative direction.
- Keep on top of trends and cultural moments, and share relevant trends and inspiration with the team.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team on content for organic and paid social, CRM, website and other digital channels.
- Continually review and adapt to content performance reports to build the optimal Happy Socks formula for social content creation.

You know how to hook your audience to keep them coming back for more.
Maybe you've just wrapped up your studies in this field, and have built a strong following on your personal social media accounts? Or perhaps you've already dipped your toes into a similar role for the last couple of years?
How you got here isn't so important to us.
