What you will be doing
We are looking for a Compliance & CSR Executive for Ricoh Sweden who wants to drive sustainability work forward within the company. Key Responsibilities:
As a Compliance & CSR Executive , you will work with a wide range of tasks and be the company's contact person within Compliance & CSR. Your tasks will include:
- Initiating, driving, and participating in projects and ensuring that relevant processes for Compliance are implemented in the organization.
- Planning, prioritizing, and coordinating the company's management system activities, as well as being responsible for certification, maintenance, administration, and development of the system.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and other requirements within the areas of responsibility for Compliance.
- Leading and setting requirements for the work to implement the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 in the company's processes and routines.
- Planning and conducting internal and external audits of the company's management system.
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring that current information within the areas of responsibility for Compliance is available to the organization.
- Ensuring that the organization can provide customers with product-related information on sustainability.
- Supporting and, when necessary, answering customer and tender questions within the department's areas of responsibility.
You will ideally have
You have a relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in Compliance. We wish that you have documented training in auditing according to ISO 9001, 14001, and/or 27001 and that you have led internal audits. Experience in project management (or training), good knowledge of environmental impacts and environmental legislation, and experience from producing companies and business-to-business are also desired.
As a person, it is important that you have a lot of drive, do not give up, and are good at anchoring ideas. The ideal candidate must be confident in your competence and hold strong integrity. You should be good at working independently, but it is also important that you can collaborate with others both internally and externally. Being able to work both in the short and long term is important, as well as being able to prioritise. You should be able to write and express yourself both in Swedish and English and be able to create presentations and have good presentation skills.
