Job Summary
We are looking for an Internal Communications Officer to join our global communications and brand department.
You will be responsible for leading, planning and implementing communication initiatives that inform and engage with our employees, shape culture and align teams. In this role you will lead, plan and produce internal communication, both written and digital.
You will be part of the global communications and branding team working with GKN Aerospace business line Engines, based in Trollhättan. Reporting to global Head of Communications and Branding, GKN Aerospace Engines
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, plan and produce internal communications material, both written and digital, that drives engagement, align teams and shape culture within GKN Aerospace
- Adapt, implement and follow up on the global Communications and Branding strategy
Job Qualifications
- Bsc/Msc in communications and/or marketing
- You are a great communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of InDesign or similar for layout, typography, and graphic design
- You are team player with strong collaboration skills and a win together mentality
- You have a flexible attitude

Location and travel expectations: This position is based in Trollhättan, Sweden, therefore the applicant should be able to obtain the right to live and work in Sweden. Travel to other locations is included in the role if necessary.
Working hours: Daytime.
