My name is Johanna Sahlman, and I lead the Commercial Management unit within B2C at Telia Sweden. Together with our three brands: Telia, Fello, and Halebop — we are on an ambitious journey to enhance service revenue, margins, and customer experience.
Your Next Challenge:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to fill the role of Commercial Lead, Mobile for the Telia brand. In this role, you will be responsible for driving ATL, BTL, and cross-sell offerings for Telia mobile.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating relevant offerings, go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and temporary pricing.
- Executing the mobile commercial agenda.
- Driving the campaign process.
- Leading the cross-functional mobile go-to-market team.
- Securing the highest possible business impact for upcoming activities.
- Understanding market potential and ensuring KPIs are met.

Is This You?
You should have a solid understanding of the mobile market and a track record of excellent collaboration skills. As a person, you can distinguish a good deal from a great deal, are strong in communication, driven, and analytical. You are unpretentious, knowing when to change your mind and when to stand your ground. Additionally, you have an excellent understanding of the mobile business, business models, hardware, mobile competition, and channels, and can turn customer needs and behaviors into triggers that drive our business forward.
Qualifications:
- Relevant commercial experience and an academic degree or similar qualifications.
- At least four years of experience with mobile commercial responsibility, including offerings, GTM strategies, and product management.
