Your mission when joining the Energy and Charging Infrastructure team at Einride will be to provide technical support and ensure reliable and smooth operations of our charging stations dedicated to heavy vehicles.
You will
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the heavy vehicles charging infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. That includes:
- Troubleshooting
- Provide expert support for software systems related to the charging infrastructure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and longevity of the charging equipment.
- Liaise with equipment manufacturers and software vendors to address any technical issues and coordinate updates or repairs.
- Assist with escalated technical issues from customers or end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities to support continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate new features and updates into the existing infrastructure as part of our continuous improvement efforts
We expect you to:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, electrical engineering or relevant working experience
- Proven track record in operations engineering, particularly within charging infrastructure, electrical systems, or related fields
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and system integration.
- Be familiar with hardware components of charging stations and the integration of software with hardware
- Find the balance between working independently and collaborating with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Be a solution oriented problem solver: you have a can-do attitude and thrive in finding a way out of complex situations
- Have a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment
This position can be based anywhere in southern Sweden, preferably along the west coast. Frequent traveling is to be expected between our different stations in the country.
