About the role
Join our Nordic Commercial & Consumer team as a Business Director and help clients transform their businesses through digital, data, and AI. In this role, you’ll drive the success of a high-potential portfolio of prospects and established clients, including the Nordic TOP50 companies across finance, retail, media, telecom, and professional services.
As a key member of the team, you’ll focus on new business development and strategic client management in the Swedish market, building long-term partnerships based on trust, value, and impact. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Futurice to design and deliver technology-driven solutions that generate measurable business outcomes.
Your challenge? To drive business development and sales, creating a new category in consulting that redefines how we engage with clients and deliver value in the digital age. Success in this role means expanding our client base, strengthening strategic relationships, and delivering transformative outcomes while cultivating a strong, collaborative team culture.
Hybrid role based in Sweden. Our office in Sweden is in Stockholm.
Qualifications:
Fluent Swedish and professional English required.
5+ years of success in business development and strategic client management within technology and digital consulting in the Nordics.
Strong expertise in digital transformation, AI, and data-driven business models, with experience in finance, retail, media, telecom, or professional services.
Proven ability to handle complex sales and high-stakes negotiations.
Natural curiosity for GenAI and emerging digital trends.

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
