About the Role
You will develop and implement the TENA Consumer Goods marketing strategy for Region North. You will have the overall responsibility for TENA, managing the interface to local markets, the product assortment team, and external agencies. You will also be working close to other departments within Essity, such as Health & Medical, Central EU and Global Marketing and Innovation.
Located in our Gothenburg, Espoo, Oslo, or Allerød office, you will report to the Regional Marketing Manager. This role requires travel a few times per year within Europe.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and activation of marketing plans, strategies, and initiatives for TENA. You will be responsible for the marketing of the product portfolio in the region, managing the interface to European/regional/local stakeholders and local go-to market projects for upgrades & innovations. Additionally, you follow up on launches and campaigns. Analyse sales, consumer, and customer data to identify improvement areas for the brand to meet customer, shopper, and consumer needs.
Analyse revenues and advertising costs vs set KPIs to identify areas where we can improve
Propose and manage optimal assortment and corresponding pricing
Manage assigned marketing budget and allocate to different activities
Develop and coordinate launch plans, BTL and ATL communication activities
Collect, compile, verify, and analyse data on market trends, consumer behavio r , and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
Contributes to the Global Brand and Innovation work by representing the region in Commercial team and other fora
Close collaboration with other departments within the Nordics as well as other global and European stakeholders

You have strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to make strategic decisions.
You have:
Minimum 2 years of experience from working with brand marketing. Previous commercial experience in FMCG is a plus.
Marketing and brand building capabilities.
University Degree (or equivalent) within Marketing, Communication or Business Administration.
Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages.
Ability to travel a few times per year.
