Responsibilities / Tasks

This role encompasses a wide range of tasks related to driving new equipment sales within the food application industry. You will oversee the entire sales process, from developing the market to building strong customer relationships, while also maintaining CRM accounts and managing commercial and managing negotiations. Your day-to-day work will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales offices, and colleagues in the FHT (Food & Healthcare Technologies) division.

As you join us at our office in Gothenburg, you become part of our team dedicated to driving new equipment sales within slicing, packaging, preparation, and further processing. Together, we focus on developing the market and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of excellence, achieving measurable sales targets, and contributing to our mission of engineering for a better world. This role also involves frequent travel within Sweden and abroad.

The ideal candidate should have direct experience and/or a strong professional understanding of the food application industry. They should exhibit an outgoing, honest, and straightforward personality, skilled at establishing strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the organization, both locally and internationally.
