The role as Account Manager
As an Account Manager in our Nordic Customer Success SME team, you’ll be based in Stockholm or Gothenburg (with colleagues also in Copenhagen and Malmö) and become part of a close-knit group of 15 Account Managers. Together, we make sure our customers get the very best value out of our platform.
In this role, you’ll be commercially responsible for around 65 existing customers within the micro and SME segment. You’ll work strategically with customer growth, renewals, and retention, while at the same time building strong long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders at each company. Each customer also has a dedicated Customer Success Manager who takes care of the day-to-day operations, while you focus on the bigger picture and act as the main commercial partner for your customer portfolio.
Your job is about understanding our customers’ needs, helping them succeed, and making sure our product continues to create real business value.
In this position, you will also
- Create and own strategic account plans for your customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular customer meetings.
- Present insights, results, and relevant statistics to customers.
- Be the first point of contact for all commercial matters.
- Work closely with other departments, acting as the “voice of the customer” in the organization.
- Drive engagement by increasing login and order rates.
- Build strong relationships through activities that strengthen collaboration and trust.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining sales with relationship-building and thrives in a role where you can work strategically with your own customer portfolio. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- At least a couple of years of experience in sales or account management, preferably with existing customers (however, experience in new business sales is also valuable).
- Confidence in giving customer presentations and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Swedish and strong proficiency in English.
Skills & personal traits
- Strong at building and maintaining relationships.
- Commercial mindset with a drive to grow customers and hit targets.
- Analytical and structured, able to manage a portfolio with many customers.
- Organized and skilled at prioritizing, even when juggling 60+ customers.
- Customer-oriented and motivated by helping customers succeed long-term.
Great to have, not required
While none of the following are requirements for the role, we're particularly interested in candidates who have experience in account management or sales within a B2B SaaS environment. A background in an HR team is also highly valued. Do you have experience managing a customer portfolio or working with CRM systems? That's a huge plus!

Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg. We offer great flexibility for hybrid work, with minimum 3 days/week in the office.
