We are now looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Malmö.
What this role is about
As a warehouse worker, you are part of our daily operations – making sure everything flows smoothly, from receiving goods to packing customer orders. You will work across several areas: inbound, outbound, returns and aisles. Efficiency, accuracy, and structure are key and no task is too small.
Key responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming goods
Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment
Organize shelves and picking locations
Handle returns
Support with stock counts and report discrepancies
Operate trucks, scanners and packing stations
Work in our Warehouse Management System (NYCE)
Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
What we are looking for
You enjoy a structured and high-paced environment and take pride in doing things right. You are comfortable working in a warehouse system (preferably NYCE), and quick to learn new tools and routines. You are a team player who jumps in where needed.
To succeed in this role, you need to:
Have previous experience working in a warehouse
Be used to working in WMS – ideally NYCE
Be proactive, accurate and dependable
Work well independently and with others
Be able to speak and write in both Swedish and English
Hold a valid forklift license (A & B)
Have a valid Swedish work permit
