Virtual Sales Tasks
- Acquire new logo business, build strong pipeline.
- Actively seeks out and develops new customers, new opportunities.
- Proactively contacting the existing clients to maximize business potential – active upsell/cross sell .
- Engaging with new leads provided by Operations Team, maximize MQL conversion into real opportunity
- Generate new sales leads and opportunities
- Acquisition and developing own customer portfolio – direct touch with end users is requirement
- Provide consistent interaction with existing customers – upsell/cross sell initiatives
- Ensures that information about new products, services, and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis
- Maintain and builds account relationships.
- Represents the Company at industry trade shows and conferences – travel requirements is a must
Other tasks
- Manage the day to day client meetings.
- Maintains all information about customers, including all contact information and call reports, accurately and timely in CRM (Salesforce).
- Managing the jobs from quotation stage to booking in line with the client expectations and communicating effectively any service issues.
- Manage and follow-up on quotes.
- Internal liaison with the operations team assisting with quotations and service information.
- Reporting activities to the country manager
- Strong Swedish language skills #LI-Remote
