What you’ll do
Right now, we are looking for a Utilities & Infrastructure Lead for our Energy & Power Distribution team. In this role you will report to our Head of Energy & Power Distribution and sit within our Mill Services function.
We’re looking for a confident, collaborative leader to oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of utilities and infrastructure at the Stegra Boden site. In this role, you’ll guide day-to-day activities at our LNG terminal, air separation plant, compressed air systems, and pipeline network. You’ll take ownership of service partner agreements, act as the technical expert on site, and ensure everything runs to the highest safety and industry standards. This is a chance to lead with purpose, shape critical systems, and be part of a team that values diverse perspectives, innovation, and impact.
Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well.
- Serve as the main contact for contract partners across LNG, air gas, compressed air, and pipeline systems.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable utility performance.
- Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and improvement projects with internal teams and external partners.

Specific to this role, we would like to see that you can tick off a fair amount of the boxes below
- Degree in Engineering (Process, Energy, or Electrical preferred); certification in contract or supplier management is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or field.
- Strong technical knowledge of utility systems including LNG, gases, compressed air, and pipelines.
- Proven skills in contract management, project coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
